Group Play

Your dog(s) will have the opportunity to enjoy group play with other dogs. This social interaction is hugely beneficial but, as you will be aware, dogs can sometimes be over playful and it is possible one may nip another. Should your dog(s) receive any injury needing veterinary treatment as a result, please note that you will be responsible for the costs.

Although every care is taken to ensure the safety of your dog(s), we cannot be held responsible should he/she decide to escape e.g. by slipping his/her lead, snapping at staff or jumping a 6ft fence. It is very important that you let us know if your dog has a tendency for escapist behavior and needs to be kept on a lead when exercising.

Vet & Medication Authorisation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I understand that if a vet needs to make a visit the cost of such will NOT be covered by kennel insurance and I will be responsible for any additional charges to cover transport/time of the vet or staff transporting my dog to the vet.

Clients will be invoiced directly by the vet used and will be responsible for payment of the same.

We cannot be held responsible for any veterinary treatment required as a result of your dog(s) chewing or swallowing any foreign objects whilst staying at the kennels.
