Overview of the Week:

In Writing Workshopwe are starting to work on our All About Plants books. Some of the resources we are using to get information are: books, videos, BrainPOP cartoons, experts that we know, and ourselves (we are growing some amazing Brassica plants). We are continuing to take notes, and then we will use our notes to write our own book with interesting facts about plants. We have already started our book with an awesome beginning that will get our audience interested in reading more!

In Math the children will continue Chapter 10 this week. In Chapter 10 we will explore charts and graphs.

We are learning about our community and what makes New Providence so special. We are working to create a Top Ten list of things we LOVE about New Providence.

In science our Brassica plants are growing beautifully! We are making sure the plants have soil, water, light, and space to grow.

Have a great week!
