Identifying the Queen of Heaven
This spirit has three faces, #1 - the Harlot, #2 - the false apparitions of Mary and #3 - Jezebel.
Let’s look at the first face of the Queen of Heaven, “the Harlot”.
Please remember judgment always starts in our heart first!
1 Peter 4:17(New King James Version)
17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
The Queen of Heaven and the Face of the Harlot
She is one of the many mysteries mentioned in the bible. We need the revelation of the Holy Spirit to see and understand her ways.
Revelation 17:1-6(New King James Version)
The Scarlet Woman and the Scarlet Beast
1 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
2 with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”
3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on
a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. 5 And on her forehead a name was written:
MYSTERY,
BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND
OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
She is called is the Mother of Harlots and Mother of the Abominations of the earth!
This spirit is a mother and has children!
It is a spirit that is at the root of many problems, it is the strongman over most of the nations, cities, leaders and peoples! It is a ruling spirit; it is a principality over entire nations.
We are in a wrestling match with this demonic entity.
Not many in the body of Christ can explain the difference between these spirits we wrestle with.
We learn how to put our armor on but have no clue what a principality or power is or how to defeat them.
Ephesians 6:10-12(New King James Version)
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
A principality means first in rank and powers would be under them.
There are 2 kingdoms; 2 spirits; the Holy Spirit and another spirit; light or darkness.
Are you deceived or seduced from pure devotion to Jesus Christ by another spirit?
2 Corinthians 11:1-4(New King James Version)
Concern for Their Faithfulness
1 Oh, that you would bear with me in a little folly—and indeed you do bear with me. 2 For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. 3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity[a] that is in Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it!

Is your mind corrupted by another spirit?
Have you put up with another spirit?
Agreement and covenant with this Harlot spirit is spiritual adultery which is idolatry.
1 Corinthians 6:15-17(New King James Version)
15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! 16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.”
17But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with him in spirit.
She seduces with sexual sin which leads to Baal worship and idolatry as she did with King Solomon.
Paul said to flee from this spirit as Joseph did from Potifer’s wife.
1 Corinthians 6:18(New King James Version)
18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Why flee? Because it is a ruling power that is much bigger than we can master!
1 Corinthians 10:14-22(New King James Version)
Flee from Idolatry
14 Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry. 15 I speak as to wise men; judge for yourselves what I say. 16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? 17 For we, though many, are one bread and one body; for we all partake of that one bread.
18 Observe Israel after the flesh: Are not those who eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? 19 What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? 20 Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons. 22 Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?
Have you raised God’s jealousy against yourself by drinking out of her cup?
Has God become your advisory?
Many denominations teach that when you come to Jesus the wrath of God is gone forever.
This scripture seems to imply that we can make God jealous; remember that is a name He gave Himself!
Exodus 34:13-16(New King James Version)
13 But you shall destroy their altars, break their sacred pillars, and cut down their wooden images 14 (for you shall worship no other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God), 15 lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they play the harlot with their gods and make sacrifice to their gods, and one of them invites you and you eat of his sacrifice, 16 and you take of his daughters for your sons, and his daughters play the harlot with their gods and make your sons play the harlot with their gods.
It is a false teaching that if you come to Jesus you can never be sent to hell or feel God’s wrath.
Paul talks about our being separate in the New Testament.
2 Corinthians 6:14-18(New King James Version)
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
“ I will dwell in them And walk among them.
I will be their God, And they shall be My people.”
17 Therefore “ Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.”
18 “ I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the LORD Almighty.”
Sometimes she is the barrier that keeps us from being a son or daughter with God as our Father!
After reading verse 17 and 18; read it again as a curse if we don’t follow His instructions.
17 Therefore
“(if you won’t) come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord.
(and if you continue) to touch what is unclean, And I will (NOT) receive you.”
18 “ I (NOT) will be a Father to you, And you shall (NOT) be My sons and daughters,
Says the LORD Almighty.”
Are you contaminated by this spirit in body or spirit?
2 Corinthians 7:1(New International Version)
1Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.
It time you see the strong man over your family so you can bind him and plunder his goods!
Mark 3:26-28(New King James Version)
26 And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end. 27 No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.
Characteristics of the Harlot Spirit
Nineveh listened to Jonah in 770 B.C. and repented of their wicked ways.
They again went back to their wickedness and 150 years later God proclaimed their total destruction!
God sent Nahum the prophet to declare that judgment.
In the following scripture God tells us why He is bringing destruction to Nineveh which has been estimated at over 100,000 people. It was Babylon who conquered Nineveh.
God is addressing the spirit they have been living in. We see how much God hates this spirit.
This is a revealing description of who she is and what she does.
Nahum 3:4-5(New International Version)
4 all because of the wanton lust of a harlot, alluring, the mistress of sorceries,
who enslaved nations by her prostitution and peoples by her witchcraft.
5 "I am against you," declares the LORD Almighty. "I will lift your skirts over your face.
I will show the nations your nakedness and the kingdoms your shame.
Nahum 3:4(New King James Version)
4 Because of the multitude of harlotries of the seductive harlot, The mistress of sorceries,
Who sells nations through her harlotries, And families through her sorceries.
Nahum 3:4 (Amplified Bible)
4All because of the multitude of the harlotries [of Nineveh], the well-favored harlot, the mistress of deadly charms who betrays and sells nations through her whoredoms [idolatry] and peoples through her enchantments.
This is an incredible translation from the Message bible.
Nahum 3:4-5(The Message)
Let the Nations Get Their Fill of the Ugly Truth
4 And whores! Whores without end! Whore City, Fatally seductive,
you're the Witch of Seduction, luring nations to their ruin with your evil spells.
5-7"I'm your enemy, Whore Nineveh— I, God-of-the-Angel-Armies!
I'll strip you of your seductive silk robes and expose you on the world stage.
I'll let the nations get their fill of the ugly truth of who you really are and have been all along.
I'll pelt you with dog dung and place you on a pedestal: 'Slut on Exhibit.'
Everyone who sees you will gag and say, 'Nineveh's a pigsty:
What on earth did we ever see in her? Who would give her a second look? Ugh!'"
God hates this spirit because it is an abomination and He promises to destroy all those connected to it!
God revealed this spirit to Jeremiah; He was very angry with His people because of their adultery and idolatry. God had warned them to stop their offerings to the Queen of Heaven.
Sodom and Gomorrah was another city God destroyed because of this spirit.
Jeremiah 7:16-20(New King James Version)
16 “Therefore do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer for them, nor make intercession to Me; for I will not hear you. 17 Do you not see what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem? 18 The children gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough, to make cakes for the queen of heaven;
and they pour out drink offerings to other gods, that they may provoke Me to anger. 19 Do they provoke Me to anger?” says the LORD. “Do they not provoke themselves, to the shame of their own faces?” 20 " 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: My anger and my wrath will be poured out on this place, on man and beast, on the trees of the field and on the fruit of the ground, and it will burn and not be quenched.
The people refused to listen to the warnings because of the benefits they received from her.
