HEALTH GUARANTEE

All Incredibullz productions have a 3 year health guarantee. This guarantee does not cover injuries, allergies, or any other preventable diseases or health problems that could have been prevented through proper care of the puppy.Failure to adhere to any of the provisions below will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

1.Buyer(s) must have new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery/pick up. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination results if there are any problems.

2.The Seller shall not be responsible for any medical costs incidental to the puppy after buyer(s) receives the puppy. Seller guarantees the above-described puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale. Seller does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after time of sale. If there is a problem with the puppy, seller’s veterinarian and buyer(s) veterinarian must agree upon any health issues that may have existed before/after time of purchase, provided the puppy has been properly cared for in buyer(s) possession.

3.The seller will provide a vaccination record and veterinary examination record of the purchased puppy. If the puppy is due for vaccinations, and if the buyer(s) fails to provide vaccinations on that day, this guarantee is null and void if the puppy contracts diseases that would otherwise be prevented by those vaccinations.

4.If you are purchasing one of our puppies, it shall receive de-worming at 2, 4, and 6 weeks and their first set of shots (DA2PPv) at 6 wks. The buyer(s) shall then shoulder the second set of shots that are due at 8 wks, the third set of shots that are due at 12 weeks, and at 16 weeks the puppy will need its rabies shot along with the fourth set of shots or as advised by your licensed veterinarian. After that, yearly vaccinations are required.

5.The buyer(s) agrees to provide annual vet exams, including heartworm checks and preventatives, and to do all vaccinations yearly. The buyer(s) further warrant that the puppy will be kept in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare. Puppy will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition. Puppy will receive regular booster vaccinations. Puppy will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.

6.No replacement for temperament as this is environmental and buyer(s) responsibility. As responsible breeders we expect that this puppy be properly socialized and attend a puppy obedience classes (optional). As breeders we do everything possible to breed dogs of sound mind, temperament and body. Some responsibility is the buyer(s) as to proper feeding, exercise, socializing and training, of which all have a bearing on the end results of a sound adult dog.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Buyer(s) must pay a $500 deposit to reserve their pick of puppy if the puppy has not been born yet. After the puppies are born any buyer(s) must pay $1000 deposit (if not already paid previously) due to limited quantity and demand. Deposits are non-refundable. Buyer(s) is responsible for paying the full amount due for their choice of puppy by 5 weeks of age. If the puppy is not paid for in full, and both buyer(s) and seller have not made an additional agreement, any money paid towards the puppy is non-refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is included with the price of the puppyif the puppy is being shipped inside the US. The puppies will be shipped via ground transport with a pet shipping company of The Incredibullz choosing. All of the shipping information will be arranged with the buyer(s) prior to shipping the puppy. Shipping cost will not be included for any puppy being shipped out of the US and will be the responsibility of the buyer(s).

EAR CROPPING

All of our dogs are sold with natural ears. Should you choose to have your pup’s ears cropped, the cost for an ear crop is $250.00 for a puppy under 2 months of age.This cost is included in the total price of the puppy. Ears will be cropped around 5-8 weeks of age. In order for The Incredibullz to have your pup’s ears cropped, we require that the puppy be paid in full, and the payment for the ear crop be received before we schedule an appointment.After the procedure, your pup will stay with us for up to 3 weeks to ensure proper healing.Puppies will not ship with stitches. You must wait until they have been removed to have your puppy shipped, unless you can provide care. Should you decide you would want to remove tape on the ears (If needed to help ears stand properly) you will need to let us know ahead of time and we will make arrangements to ship the puppy once the vet gives the okay.

As with any surgical procedure, there is a risk involved with putting any animal under anesthesia. There is no guarantee on an ear cropping that ears will stand without work. Before your pup undergoes anesthesia, it will receive a full vet check to insure that it is healthy before surgery. The buyer understands that The Incredibullz will not be held liable for any damages or loss that should occur by electing to have the puppies ears cropped. If pup is lost during procedure you will receive full refund or a puppy of equal value at a later date.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Below are the conditions you must agree to when purchasing an Incredibullzpuppy.If you are co-owning a puppy, stipulations will be set forth in section 5.

  1. If said puppy becomes lost or stolen, buyer(s) agrees to notify seller immediately. Seller will not be responsible for this loss and seller will not refund the purchase price of the puppy, nor will seller give another puppy for replacement. Buyer(s) also agrees not to sell, trade or dispose of this puppy.
  2. If, at any time, buyer(s) are unable or unwilling to care for this dog, buyer(s) agrees to contact and return said puppy to seller. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF PUPPY WILL BE GIVEN.
  3. Buyer(s) agree to notify seller immediately of any change of address or phone #. It is also understood that the seller may examine and make inquiries about said puppy at any time. If not satisfied with the condition of the puppy or the conditions in which it is kept, said puppy can or may be removed immediately. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF PUPPY WILL BE GIVEN. Any veterinary services needed due to negligence or lack of care, will be the buyer(s) responsibility and payable to seller.
  4. Buyer(s) agree to and understand the following conditions:

-The puppy shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.

-The puppy shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the seller'sprior knowledge and consent.

- Buyer(s) further agree that said puppy shall not be used for medical or any otherexperimental purposes or sold to supplier, wholesaler, shelter, pound, or humane society.

  1. Buyer agrees that when changing owners name with any registry (UKC, ABKC, ADBA, etc.) that the kennel name, Incredibullz must be in front of the name of the dog. So the dogs name will read Incredibullz Norma Bates for example.
  2. If co-owning a puppy you will agree upon any stipulations put forth by seller.

You will not sell, breed or give pup away without permission of The Incredibullz. All pups will be put in at least 2 dog shows per year. If you champion one of our pups a free stud will be rewarded to you. At any time you can buyout puppy with agreed upon amount.

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH of CONTRACT, prosecutable by law, and may result in mandatory confiscation and return of the puppy to the seller.
