The family and friends of Martin Ewing Metoyer are planning a benefit dinner/dance for him on Saturday, November 28, 2009. The event will take place at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 1105 E. Fifth Street in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
Martin is a resident of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, who sustained a major injury to his leg when he was victimized in a vehicle accident in July, 2008. He has already undergone several surgeries, and he will have to undergo additional surgeries in the near future. Martin has been unable to return to work since this tragic accident occurred, and he has been unable to obtain any type of public benefits or disability related benefits. Consequently, his expenses and medical bills are mounting, and we are writing to humbly request your sponsorship for this benefit. Sponsorship will be in three (3) categories:
Silver - $100.00
With a Silver sponsorship, we will display the name of your business on the t-shirts to be worn by the hosts at the event, and your business will receive two (2) tickets of admissionto the dinner/dance.
Gold - $250.00
With a Gold sponsorship, we will display the name of your business on the t-shirts to be worn by the hosts at the event, and your business will receive four (4) tickets of admissionto the dinner/dance.
Platinum - $500.00
With a Platinum sponsorship, we will display the name and logoof your business on the t-shirts to be worn by the hosts at the event, and your business will also receive eight (8) tickets of admissionto the dinner/dance. (Please submit a picture of your business logo along with your donation.)
NOTE: IN ORDER TO HAVE THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS DISPLAYED ON THE T-SHIRTS, YOUR SPONSORSHIP DONATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2009.
Please note that if your business chooses to decline sponsorship, any donation that you would like to make towards our effort would be immensely appreciated.
