6. If Real Fat is greater than Ideal Fat, subtract the Ideal from the Real and this is how many fat pounds to be lost so that Your Body Weight and Fat Percentage is Ideal.
Example: 120 pound female, Real pounds of fat = 27.6 lbs,

1. Take your height in inches and divide it by your weight squared. Then multiply your answer by 703.
