Purpose Statement

The Great Mates will award scholarships to high school students residing in Manatee County pursuing a degree at any accredited two year or four year college or university or vocational institution. Scholarship recipients are required to attend full time (minimum 12 credit hours) and to utilize the award during the upcoming academic year.

I have read all instructions on checklist page 7 and understand all requested information will be contained with this application package before the deadline February 28, 2018. REQUIRED INFORMATION THAT IS OMITTED will VOID my application and be DISQUALIFIED for review. I understand that if selected to receive a scholarship, I will be expected to attend The Great Mates general membership May recognition reception held at The Bradenton Yacht Club.
