Please complete all the areas that are highlighted on the form titled “Reservation Instrument”.

You may verify your unit’s availability be calling us at 877.316.7982 or 714.280.4201

or go to www.rvstorage.biz and look for the “Availability” link on the home page

We are expecting many units to be reserved in the first few days, particularly those that are of a limited number, i.e., Sugar Pine, Redwood and Banyan units. You may call us and tell us what unit(s) you would like, and we will set them aside provided you can do the following –

1.  Complete the Reservation Instrument

2.  Fill out your deposit check made payable to Cardinal Pacific Escrow, not us! The amount is for $5,000 per unit reserved.

3.  Fax both the completed Reservation Instrument and a copy of your completed check to us at 1.714.889.4013

We will then hold your unit for three days from the time your fax is received. Mail the completed Reservation Instrument and your deposit check to:

Upon receipt of your funds, we will send back to you the following-

1.  A copy of the counter signed Reservation Instrument

2.  An e-mailed receipt detailing your unit, price and contact information.

3.  A receipt from Cardinal Pacific Escrow showing your funds being deposited into an interest bearing account.

4.  Your Purchase Sale Contract with the CC&R’s and Condo Map will follow in about 30 days

1.  This instrument does not create a contractual obligation to buy or sell on the part of either Subdivider or Potential Buyer. Either party may, at any time, cancel this reservation instrument without incurring liability to the other. In the event of cancellation by either party, all funds received towards this reservation will be returned to Potential Buyer within two business days.

2.  If Potential Buyer so requests by completing appropriate instructions below, Subdivider will make arrangements with the escrow depository for the earning of interest on Potential Buyer's funds. $ ____-0-______will be deducted by escrow depository from interest earned as a charge for providing the service to Potential Buyer. The balance of the interest earned will be paid to Potential Buyer or credited to his/her account.

3.  By initialing here Potential Buyer agrees to the payment of charges as set forth above and requests that the funds be placed into an interest bearing account as follows:

4.  CAVEAT: If the funds are to be placed into an interest bearing account:

(a)  Escrow depository will not deposit funds into the account on Potential Buyer's behalf - and therefore interest will not accrue – until escrow depository has been notified that Potential Buyer's check has cleared.

(b)  There may be a delay in returning the funds to Potential Buyer on his request.

(c)  There may be an interest penalty in the case of an early withdrawal from the account.

(d)  If Potential Buyer enters into a contract with Subdivider to purchase the reserved unit, the deposit plus interest earned on the deposit, if any, may be applied toward purchase of the unit with the express authorization of Potential Buyer.

5. The price and other terms of purchase of the unit will be those set forth in a purchase contract if Potential Buyer and Subdivider hereafter mutually execute and deliver the same.
