Thank you all for a GREAT day today. It is amazing what we can all do when we are all moving in the same direction!

Now for the details for tomorrow, but first remember that ALL JUDGES ARE OBLIGATED FOR ALL ROUNDS. Yet, in a miracle of planning, we have figured out whom we need for 2 of the 3 time slots. If your name is on one of the lists below, you are required to be in McCosh 46 at the times stated. EVERYONE will need to be on call for finals. I will put out a list for finals

1) All elimination round participants are posted on tabroom presently. Right now those exist as lists of clearing competitors. Tomorrow morning this will change to the sectioning.

2) Extemp Prep tomorrow is in McCosh 60 all day. The Extemp draw for Quarters is tomorrow at 9 AM sharp. The subsequent draws ought to be at 11 AM and 1:15 PM.

3) Throughout the course of the day, we will be using 3 buildings – McCosh, Robertson and the Friend Center. McCosh and Robertson are right next to each other. The Friend Center is a two block walk on the other side of Washington Street.

4) We will run a Quarters round for EXTEMP and ORATORY at 9:30 AM. The judge call for all rounds will take place in MCCOSH 46. This call will be at 9 AM. The judges needed are in a list at the bottom of this email.

5) We will run a Semis round for ALL events at 11:30 AM. We will have a large semi of 3 rooms in OI and in DI. Everything else will be 2 rooms. The judge call for this round will be at 11 AM. Below, you will see the list of judges that I have called for the semifinal pool.

6) Finals for all events is at 1:45 PM. The judge call will be at 1:15 PM in McCosh 46. I cannot publish a list at this point but will endeavor to do so as soon as possible.

7) The semi round of OI will be a round of POETRY and finals will be PROSE.

8) If your team does not have any competitors in Sunday elimination rounds, you make pick up your ballots tomorrow after quarters. We will have someone in McCosh 46 to help with this. No one will be allowed to collect ballots if they have outstanding fines.
