Thank you to all parents who text or telephone to let us know your child will not be attending a booked after school club session. This is so helpful and saves us time searching/checking for children we are expecting. There is no need to ring to cancel Breakfast Club – we will assume if you are not there you won’t be coming!!

Cancellation of Sessions

Please note that we require 4 weeks written notice to cancel a booking. Fees are payable during this notice period.

We currently have a very high demand for spaces at both Breakfast and After School Club. Please email any enquiries about spaces to . We are happy to add children to our waiting list but unfortunately cannot offer a time frame for availability.

Just a reminder fees are due in advance for the term and within 10 days of receipt ofyourinvoice, please be aware late payments could affect your bookings.

Committee Corner

Our next committee meeting will be held on 25th January at 7.30pm. The Committee is made up of parents who have children attending the club. If you think you could spare the time to meet for 1.5 hours every half term and help support Lorna and the team we would love to hear from you.

Signing Out

Please remember to sign your child out from Club and to wait for a member of staff to let you out of the door so we can ensure this remains locked at all times.

Breakfast Club Reminders

Due to insurance reasons unfortunately we can not accept children into club before 8am.

If you would like your child to have breakfast, we ask you to please arrive by 8.30am to allow sufficient time for staff to be able to serve and clear away.

Sunflower Club is open until 6pm.

We understand if you are occasionally held up and cannot arrive before 6pm, and we appreciate your telephone call informing us of this. Our insurance policy does not cover us or your child after this time period. There will be a charge of £5 for all late pick ups to allow us to cover costs of staff overtime.

Holiday Playscheme 2016

Please ask for a separate sheet with details of our opening times for 2016. We’re now taking bookings for February half term of which we are open Monday 15th – Thursday 18th.

Please note that any bookings you make are liable for payment in advance, regardless of attendance, we are not able to cancel or swaps sessions once booked.

Spare Clothes
