Subsea UK is very pleased that you wish to sponsor the Subsea UK Networking Event in Milton Keynes to be held on the 4thOctober 2017

The cost of sponsorship (which will offset the delegate fee and hopefully encourage more people to attend) will be £95 + VAT for Subsea UK members, £120 + VAT for non-members (inclusive of a place at the event) and a table top exhibition space.

Overview:

During the event your company has the option to display pop up banners in the conference room and have literature on the tables for the delegates to read and take away and/or to have a table top exhibit.

The abstract along with biography and contact details for the speaker/company will be published in the programme (both printed and online) and we will promote the event in the usual way via our website.

We will be asking those companies who wish to take part to contribute £95 + VAT for Subsea UK members, £120 + VAT for non-members (inclusive of a place at the event) and a table top exhibition space.

Presentation Material:

  • Please use good quality graphics, videos and images
  • There should be 5 to 7 slides max for the time allocated
  • Presentation availability: Final version PowerPoint presentations should be emailed or posted at for by 29thSeptember 2017. Please also send a PDF version of the presentation which will be posted on the Subsea UK website after the event.

Cancellation terms: In the event of cancellation, the speaker will notifyTrish Banksas soon as possible and will find a replacement. If a replacement is not nominated the fee (£95/£120) will be forfeited.

Please also bring your presentation on a memory stick and arrive in plenty of time to allow for you to check that it runs correctly. PDF versions of all presentations will be available on the Subsea UK website after the event. Please advise if any changes will be required to your presentation prior to release or if there are any restrictions to access.
