Sealed tender in two bid system are invited for the supply of meat (He goat) for our BHEL Staff canteen for the year 2010-2011. Technical bid and price bid shall be submitted in separate sealed envelop and both the envelop shall be kept in a separate envelop. Detailed tender documents may be downloaded from our website or or can be collected from the office of under signed in person.

1. Earnest Money Deposit - Rs. 20,000/- EMD Shall be deposit in the form of DD or Banker’s cheque in favour of BHEL Jhansi alongwith technical bid.

2. Cost of tender document - Rs. 200/-+27 (VAT 13.5 %) to be deposit atcash counter of BHEL Jhansi.In case of download documents the DD for Rs. 227/- in favour of BHEL JHANSI can be attached whilesubmitting the tender documents.

3. Last date of sale of tender – upto 15.00 hours of 21.10.2010

4. Submission of tender - Before 13.15 hours of 22.10.2010

5. Date of opening of technical Bid. - 14.00 hours of 22.10.2010

Fully completed tender documents/bids must be deposited in tender box of BHEL JHANSI available at entrance CISF gate of Administrative Building, BHEL JHANSI on or before due date as mentioned above. Technical bids shall be opened as per schedule mentioned above.

Subject: Annual Contract for the supply of meat (He goat) forthe year 2010-2011.TermsConditionsare as follows.

  1. Firm/Shop of meat (He goat)supply should be license holder/duly registered.(photo copy to be enclosed along with tender)
  1. Supplied meat(He goat) should be fresh and of good Quality.
  2. The meat should be dry cut & should not be wet in the water.
  3. Supply of meat (He goat) will be on weekly basis on everyWednesday upto 09:00 AMChargesfor supply shall be borne by the supplier.
  1. No payment shall be made for vehicle, labour, Taxes etc. All above expenses are to be included in the rates quoted for the meat (He Goat) and rate shall be FOR canteen BHEL Jhansi.
  2. Meat (He goat) shall be supplied for additional working days/programms in canteen. Quantity can be increased or decreased.
  3. 30 pieces of meat should be in one kg weight.
  4. Order for the supply of meat (he goat) shall be taken by the Supplier from Canteen in one day advance.
  1. For ensure the quality of meat our representative will be casuallyvisit and check that the Meat is healthy goat. So the indicate the time and place of Slaughter house (Vadhshala).
  2. Payment of supplier shall be made on monthly basis through cheque/e-Paymentfor which you have to submitted required document for e- payment.
  1. Supplier shall enclose demand draft/Banker’s chequefor Rs.20,000/-in favour of BHEL JHANSI towards EMD. alongwith the technical bid. EMD shall be adjusted against Security deposit. If tender is not accepted then this money shall be refunded to the supplier after needful action at BHEL’s end. If EMD is not submitted alongwith technical bid tender shall not be accepted.
  1. On the receipt of order, suppliers shall deposit 10% money as a security deposit in the form of DD/Banker’s cheque. This money shall be refunded to the supplier after completion of contract satisfactory.EMD shall be adjusted against security deposit.(SD shall be as per works policy-2008)
  1. Supplier shall deposit necessary stamp duty on security deposit as per govt stamp act.
  1. This Contract shall be applicable for one year but management has full right to cancel the contract before the completion of contract i.e. one year.
  1. Management can cancel tender without giving any reason.
  1. Deviation from above conditions or supply of bad quality of meat (He Goat), untimely supply of meat (He Goat), than alternative arrangement will be made & the paymentwill be deducted from supplier’s bill / EMD for the same.
  1. In the beginning supply order shall be valid for one month if found satisfactory it will be extended for whole year.
  1. This tender will be in two bid system.
  1. The consumption of meat will be approx30-50 kg/week.

Please send your Tender along with required EMD in the sealed envelops and ensured deposit of tender in the tenders box kept before 13.15hrson due date in administrative blocks (ADM Gate). Tenders shall be opened on same day at 2:00 PM.
