CREDIT UNIONS SUPPORT TROOPS WITH HOLIDAY PENS
Euclid, OH, November 25, 2009 – For the fourth year in a row Ohio credit unions, friends and partners donated a tremendous amount of ink pens for deployed U.S. troops. Eaton Family Credit Union delivered over 120 pounds of pens to Global Glass Block in Euclid, OH where Tony LaPorte collects necessities for our troops throughout the year.
“Our friends helped to double last year’s delivery to over 120 pounds of pens,” said Mike Losneck, President, Eaton Family Credit Union. “I continue to be amazed with the ability of the credit union industry to step-up during times of need.”
Ohio-based credit unions contributed, including: ACME FCU in Eastlake, Cardinal Community CU in Mentor, Eaton Family Credit Union in Euclid, FireFighters CU in Cleveland, L.C.E.
