Send URL for teaching portfolio with all sections complete. Include these four sections for the Student Teaching section.

We can not send in your grades until all work is complete.

Teaching Portfolio (evidence + description & rationale for each item)

Self-Created Unit Plans and Teaching Materials: at least 1 self-created unit plan with lesson plans and related journal reflection from each placement

Assessment Methods Portfolio: include at least 3 examples of different self-created assessments used throughout student teaching such as pre-test/post-test, examples of student work with class scores and averages, rubrics with graded student work, formative feedback/comments on student work, tests, quizzes, written worksheets, critique sheets, etc.

Professionalism, Advocacy & Leadership PAL 1 (at least 1 submission): documentation of participation in faculty development workshop, conference attendance, lecture/demonstration/workshop/artist talk attendance, mock interview with and administrator

Professionalism, Advocacy & Leadership PAL 2 (at least 1 submission): documentation of session presentation at conference, entrance of artwork into juried show, Beyond the Binder article, active contribution or lead during a teacher in-service workshop session, creation of a special student artwork display in the community (beyond the school), consistent assistance with art related after school activities such as Art Club or National Honors Society
