The Rodrigues Regional Assembly (RRA) is presently compiling a list of suppliers of goods and services and hereby invites interested parties to register as potential suppliers for the following goods and services.

Items

1. Office Furniture

Office desks, Office chairs, Computer tables,filling cabinets, Metal Cupboards and Sliding Cabinets, etc.

1. Office Equipment

Photocopy machines, Computers, printers, fax machines, Shredders, Binding Machines, Safe, Laptops, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS),Mobile phones ,Flash disks (USB), etc.

1. Stationery

Photocopy papers, Envelopes, pens, pencils, etc.

1. Computer Software and Hardware

1. Consumables for Computers, Fax and Printers such as Toners, Ink Cartridges, etc.

1. Tyres , Batteries and Spare parts

For cars, vans and Lorries

1. Lubricants

Supply of Mechanical parts/ Electrical parts/ Body Parts/ Car Care Products/ Painting Materials/ Lubricants/ Tyres/ Radiators/ Hydraulic Hoses and Batteries for Motor Vehicles.

1. Electrical Accessories and Trunking

1. Tools and Equipment for Electrical Works

1. Paints

1. Building Materials

Iron bars, silicon, Chain link fencing, Cement and cement glue/Tile fix, Timber, Plywood, Corrugated Iron Sheets, Zinc Aluminium Corrugated Sheets , Steel Roof Panel /Sheets , Fittings for Plumbing Works, Varnishes, False Ceiling & Fittings , Hollow Tubes, Galvanised Pipes and Fittings, Aggregate (Rocksand and Macadam), Fittings for doors and windows, Cupboard Locks and Drawer Locks and Rail for drawers etc.

1. Tools for masonry, cabinet maker, blacksmith, carpenter, carpenter etc.

1. Protective Equipment

Raincoat, Rubber boots, Safety Shoes, Overcoat, Overall, Rubber Gloves, Leather gloves, dust dusk, etc.

1. Sanitary Equipment and Fittings

PVC pipes and fitting, Galvanisedpipes, Polypipes and fittings, Wash-hand basin stainless steel sinks, pedestral WC and Cistern pan, Toilet paper, Paper holder, WC pan and Arabian Shower etc.

1. Cleaning Materials (Soap, Wash Hand Liquid, Mops, Brooms etc).

Suppliers may download the Suppliers Registration Form from the RRA website rra.govmu.org as from 10 August 2017.The form may also be collected from the office of the Manager ( Procurement and Supply) , Chief Commissioner’s Office , Port Mathurin , Rodrigues between 8.30 to 14.30 hours on week days .

The duly filled in form should be returned, up to 13 September 2017 at latest, to the Secretary Departmental Bid Committee at the address below.

Please note that the prices of goods and services should not be submitted at this stage.

The attention of the applicants is hereby drawn to the fact that the RRA has no contractual obligation towards them and shall not entitle them to become exclusive providers of goods and services to the RRA.
