·  Coordinate over $600k of contracted career services; assess participant needs; negotiate contracts; monitor and ensure contract compliance; develop and manage monthly claims and budgets; create, compile and submit client tracking reports to funding source; purchase materials and equipment; hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff of 8 professional counselors and interns.
