REGULATIONS & INFORMATION

All stall bookings can be made on 0447 137 482.

All stabling and camping is to be paid at the Main Office under Grandstand.

  1. All riders must wear ASA approved helmets
  1. All competitors must fill out and sign indemnity waiver forms and receive a wristband and number card for horse and rider as indication of this. These wristbands must be worn at all times and are to be shown to the stewards on entry into all rings.
  1. No competitor will be allowed to enter the ring after commencement of judging unless prior permission had been granted.
  1. Height of Ponies is not exceeding 14 hands, Galloways are 14 hands not exceeding 15 hands, Hacks are over 15 hands. Please note Show Hunter horses/ponies may not compete in an Open Hack.
  1. Novice: A horse that has NOT won 1st prize in an individual event at any Agricultural Show.
  1. Intermediate: A horse that has not placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd in an individual event at a Royal show.
  1. Consolation: A horse that has not won a prize at this Show.
  1. No Horses, are to be on the Show arena unless being judged.
  1. All ridden events on Friday are for district competition only (min of 3 months). A District competitor and horse and ridermust reside at Bogan, Bourke, Cobar or Central Darling Shires or within 160km radius from Cobar.
  1. Any protest must be made in writing to the Chief Steward within one hour after the event or half an hour before the event. A Protest Committee shall deal with all protests and the decision will be final.
  1. Breeds exhibits must be currently registered with their respective societies and their registered owners financial members. Registration papers must be presented on request of Judges or stewards.
  1. All Stalls must be booked and paid for one week prior to the Show.
  1. Payment for rings events: upon entering the ring
  1. Prize money will be paid out in ring
  1. RANDOM SWABBINGwill occur at this show at anytime.
  1. PIC NUMBER MUST SUPPPLIED
