Notice of Club Annual General Meeting
I am writing to give you due notice of, and to invite you to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting which is to be held at the Clubhouse on Tuesday 19th July 2016 commencing at 7.00 pm for a 7.30pm start.

For your information I have set out the agenda for the meeting over the page.

This is a very important meeting and the Committee would urge you to attend to show your support and commitment to the club. There are important matters requiring discussion and key decisions that need to be taken to prepare us for the challenges of the season ahead and beyond.

For anyone wishing to stand for a position on the Club Committee, Nomination Forms can be downloaded from the Club website (Documents).
