Please list team members in Playing Order on the registration form. Teams must be submitted in order of strength by gender, and with age group noted. Team orders should correspond to current national rankings, or if not applicable, to provincial or territorial rankings. Team orders that do not correspond to current national rankings must be substantiated by current sanctioned tournament results. Any player without a current national ranking (or P/T ranking) will be designated as NR (non-ranked).
