The committee were concerned about the intrusion into the AONB of this large rear extension. The committee noted the concerns of the adjacent householders that the historical Right of Way along the rear of all the cottages would be interfered with by the extension.

The Chairman stated that he had been in email correspondence with a person who owns a plot of land in the Parish seeking a meeting with the Committee to discuss his proposal before submission of an application. After discussion, the committee were of the view that the applicant should seek pre application advice from WDC Planning Officers and not the WPC Planning Committee.
