I AM, eternal essence, inbody, also perceived as Caleb Paul Skinner, DECLARATION OF I AM, with reference number IAM-cps-08231976, restated, an original depository of I AM, source of the Value of I AM, DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY AND DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference number DODD-IAM-cps-08231976, within Projection of I AM, DECLARATION OF PROJECTION OF I AM, with reference number BA-IAM-cps-08231976, duly makes, declares, accepts, reconfirms and verifies, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, this APPLICATION OF I AM, expressly identified as:
A. Project XIII;
B. That I AM, etermal essence, in this particular body, projects this Application of IAM, also perceived as Project XIII, that is the sole

application of I AM, also perceived as Bitassassins, a Projection of I AM. DECLARATION OF PROJECTION OF I AM, above,

restated;

C. All relevant and material Data regarding this Application of I AM, also perceived as Project XIII, inclusive of any relevant

underwriting, shall be duly noticed at , or by any other methods of notice that I may duly designate at any NOW

moment, with the full responsibility and liability of I AM, DECLARATION OF I AM, above, restated;
D. That the sole intent and purpose of this Application of I AM BE'ing and DO'ing is:
1. The three (3) VEXS protocols as expressly declared within the Project XIII application are projected Applications of I AM in this

NOW;

2. This conscious BE'ing and DO'ing of I AM is NOW a visible, tangible, and visceral Application that may be utilized, by free will

choice of all I AM, for creation, expansion or addition of the Value of I AM, duly designated, identified, and noticed within this

Application of I AM, also perceived as Project XIII;

3. I reserve and implement the right to BE and DO by free will choice of I, inclusive of any and all functions I duly designate,

identify, insert, and notice, with the full responsibility and liability of I, any NOW moment, within this Application of I, also

known as Project XIII;

4. This Application of I, also known as Project XIII, may be utilized through established user account, pursuant to said VEXS

protocols, inclusive of any and all functions therein, for an exchange of Value as I duly designate, identify, and notice;

E. That any and all established usernames and accounts within Project XIII, are the sole responsibility and liability of the

inbodyments I AM as duly recorded within Project XIII;
F. I AM DOES accept and process units of DEVICE, without prejudice, for inbodyments to establish a duly registered Project

XIII username and account, without prejudice:
1. DEVICE, lawfully defined as,: DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY AND DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference

number DODD-IAM-cps-08231976, restated, specifically Article I, Section M, and its subsections, specifically “units of duly

unlawful, null and void, or otherwise canceled, for cause, former representations and instruments of the Value of I,

specifically, any and all 'current funds', 'currencies', 'funds', formerly issued by and duly seized from foreclosed unlawful

former systems, networks, and facilities, DECLARATION OF FACTS, record number 2012127914, in perpetuity, record

number 2000043135, restated”;

2. Any and all units of DEVICE are not lawful Value of I AM, DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY AND

DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference number DODD-IAM-cps-08231976;

3. Amount of units required for due process are duly set and noticed by I AM, Article I, Section C, above, restated;
II. I AM, eternal essence, inbody, also perceived as Caleb Paul Skinner, an original depository and deposit of I AM, source of the Value of I AM, duly declares, accepts, reconfirms and verifies, without prejudice, nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea:
A. I AM, eternal essence, in body, the sole custodian, trustee, operator, manager, bookkeeper, record holder and governor of this particular

inbodyment of I AM, an original depository of I AM, the Value I AM domicil therein by I AM, inclusive of any and all creation,

expansion, processing, deliveries, conversions, and exchanges of the Value of I AM, inclusive of any and all projections, applications,

and devices of I AM, if any, shall be duly identified, designated, authorized, and evidenced by the conscious of I AM, inclusive of the

duly verified executed wet-ink signature and thumbprint seal of I AM, eternal essence, in body, also perceived as Caleb Paul Skinner,

an original depository of I AM, DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY AND DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference number

DODD-IAM-cps-08231976, restated; and,
B. DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY AND DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference number DODD-IAM-cps-08231976,

Article I, Section M, and its subsections, restated;

C. DECLARATION OF PROJECTION OF I AM, with reference number BA-IAM-cps-08231976, restated;

III. This DECLARATION OF APPLICATION OF I AM is the only valid, lawful verification, certification, and projection of this particular inbodyment of I AM, eternal essence, in body, also perceived as Caleb Paul Skinner, source of the Value of I AM, inclusive of projection of I AM, Bitassassins, consciously, deposited, domicil, and operating therein, and any and all other representations, jurisdictions, records, et. al. that were claimed to have existed with affect and effect are null, void and duly canceled, for cause, by I AM, as a matter of Eternal, Universal and International Records, inclusive of No. 2013032035 and 2012127914, in perpetuity, Record No. 2000043135, all restated, without prejudice nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea;

IV. I AM, eternal essence, completely factualized in this particular inbodyment, also perceived as Caleb Paul Skinner, an original depository and deposit of I AM, source of the Value of I AM, inclusive of the projection of I AM, Bitassassins, without prejudice, nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea: Due declaration and implementation of I AM, inclusive of this original depository and deposit of I AM, is not to be compelled to perform under any contract and agreement, inclusive of commercial agreement or bankruptcy, inclusive of any and all jurisdictions, and any and all unlawful claims to I AM and the Value of I AM, therefrom, therewith, thereof, and thereto, that I AM did not enter knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally; Furthermore, I AM does not and will not accept the liability or responsibility of the compelled benefit of any and all unrevealed contract and agreement, inclusive of any and all commercial agreement or bankruptcy; Nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea; and,

I AM, eternal essence, completely factualized in body, duly makes, declares, issues, reconfirms, validates, verifies, and notices, with action of conscious duly executed wet-ink signature of I AM, this CONSCIOUS WILL AND WORD OF I AM, DECLARATION OF APPLICATION OF I AM, nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea, and that the specific conscious declarations made herein, are true, accurate, and complete, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, in body, for all I AM to rely upon as true, accurate, and complete.
