1. Does the contractor conduct daily essential item checks:

1. Does the contractor maintain weekly generator performance evaluations?

1. Does the contractor provide Level (1) one maintenance services; i.e., oil changes, filter changes, lubrication, pressure wash, and inspection every 250 hours or per OEM recommendations/as needed?

1. Does the contractor have current copies of all OEM manuals for each type of generator on site?

1. Does the contractor perform daily inspection of fuel containments and fire extinguishers?

1. Does the contractor check and start backup generators three (3) times per week?

1. Does the contractor place backup generators on line for four (4) hours per month?

1. Does the contractor provide, operate, maintain, and monitor power production and distribution equipment for those camp facilities identified in the requirements?

1. Does the contractor provide service for all non-tactical government property (GP) identified generators?

1. Are non-GP generators serviced in the same manner as GP-identified generators (except replacement of non-GP generators will not be the responsibility of the contractor)?

1. Are all new generator O&M requests following the start of the period of performance of this task order completed on an ACL basis?

1. Does the contractor:

1. Following the repairs to bring equipment to standard, does the contractor begin normal O&M?

1. Does the contractor perform generator service 98% as scheduled IAW the requirements in coordination with the Base Camp Mayor and LSO and ACO?

1. Does the contractor ensure an Operational Readiness Rate (ORR) of 90%? Does the contractor factor in “Deadline Units” as well as Stock Units into the ORR calculation? Is the ORR reported monthly?

1. Does the contractor provide the planning, distribution, and monitoring and maintenance of equipment for proper load and phase on low-voltage systems (600 volts and below), medium-voltage systems (600 to 33,000 volts) in coordination with the Base Camp Mayor, LSO, per the requirements and as directed by the ACO?

1. Does the contractor provide 95% low- and medium-voltage power reliability across the FOB as directed by the ACO and in coordination with the Base Camp Mayor and LSO?

1. Does the contractor provide appropriate backup power generation to prioritized locations and facilities, in coordination with the LSO, Base Camp Mayor, and at the direction of the ACO?

1. Does the contractor provide backup power to designated locations and facilities within 72 hours of notification?

1. As the application of prime power comes online, does the contractor review and recommend modifications to existing low-and medium-voltage systems with the intent of reducing the overall need for spot generation?
