I hereby authorize SOLAR CARGO, Inc. to obtain any credit references that it may need for the purpose of establishing a line of credit for the applicant company. It is understood and agreed that this is confidential information and shall be solely used for the purpose for which it is obtained without any liability on the part of SOLAR CARGO, Inc. The undersigned, as an inducement to grant credit, warrants that the information submitted is true and correct. By signing this credit application, the above and below company owner(s) unconditionally personally guarantee the prompt payment in full of all obligations of the line of credit, including any line increases or additional credit extensions. If the applicant company fails to meet all of its obligations under such line of credit, the undersigned will jointly and severally be responsible for all sums due and will immediately pay in accordance with the default provisions of this agreement all sums due under the agreement. SOLAR CARGO shall automatically assess a $25.00 LATE CHARGE per month, in addition to interest at the rate of 1.5% a month, on all accounts past duein excess of thirty (30) days. The undersigned agrees that SOLAR CARGO, Inc. does not have to proceed first against the applicant company or exhaust other collateral prior to pursuing with collection actions against the undersigned. The undersigned are jointly and severally required to satisfy all obligations under this guaranty. The undersigned guarantors additionally agree to reimburse SOLAR CARGO, Inc. for all the expenses, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred in the enforcement of this agreement.
