Critical Incident Response Serves (CIRS) provides Critical Incident Stress Management Services (CISM) on an immediate basis to individuals and organizations affected by traumatic events. These events typically involve line of duty death, severe workplace injury and other tragic events. Services have been provided to a variety of Airlines after disaster events, to the City of Seattle during the Nisqually Earthquake, to Several Major Airlines during the September 11 tragedy and to a significant number of private organizations, including banks, and schools. The Director has presented at local and national conferences and has been a guest on local television news programs on the topic of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and CISM.
