TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FORMS IS ON 15th AUGUST
2. THE FORMS SHALL BE SENT BY E-MAIL TO
3. JTS SHALL ACCEPT ONLY COMPLETE FORMS, WITH ALL THE REQUIRED FIELDS FILLED IN
4. ONLY SELECTED APPLICANTS MAY RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY OF THE VENUE

1. SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS SHALL FOLLOW SUBSEQUENT RULES:
2. EQUAL REPRESENTATION OF THE REGIONS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAMME TERRITORY
3. EQUAL REPRESENTATION OF THE PRIORITIES OF THE PROGRAMME
4. ONLY ONE PERSON PER ORGANIZATION WILL BE ACCEPTED

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO PARTERS REGISTERING TOGETHER FOR THE FORUM

1. JTS SHALL CONTACT SELECTED APPLICANT UNTIL 19TH AUGUST, 3 P.M. CET AT THE LATEST TO CONFIRM THE STATUS OF THE REGISTRATION AND PROVIDE EVENT DETAILS INCLUDING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
2. OFFICIAL AGENDA OF THE EVENT SHALL START ON30THAUGUSTAT 9.30 AND SHALL FINISH AT 18.00
3. PARTICPANTS ARE OBLIGED TO GET VISA AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR CROSSING THE POLISH BORDER BY THEMSELVES

COSTS

JTS WILL COVER ALL THE DIRECT COSTS RELATED TO PARTICIPATION:

• THE COST OF TRAVEL (BUS OR TRAIN) FOR PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ARRANGED. BUSES WILL BE ARRANGED ON 28th and 29THAUGUST FROM UKRAINE, BELARUS AND POLAND AND RETURN FROM LUBLIN ON 30th or 31ST AUGUST.
• THE COST OF 1 OR 2 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION IN LUBLIN FOR PARTICIPANTS (EXCEPT PEOPLE FROM LUBLIN)
• THE COST OF CATERING IN LUBLIN: 29THAUGUST: DINNER, 30THAUGUST: BREAKFAST, COFFEE BREAKS, LUNCHAND DINNER, 31ST AUGUST: BREAKFAST AND PACKED LUNCH

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:

PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PLACE OF DEPARTURE IN REGISTRATION FORM. INFORMATION ABOUT EXACT TIME AND PLACE OF THE BUSES DEPARTURE WILL BE PROVIDED LATER TO SELECTED PARTICPANTS. DRAFT DEPARTURE AND RETURN SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWED:

UZHGOROD (bus departure 28th August late evening, with stop in Lviv, departure from Lublin 31st morning,with stop in Lviv)

RIVNE (bus departure 29th August morning, departure from Lublin 31st morning,with stop in Lviv)

TERNOPIL (bus departure 29th August morning, departure from Lublin 31st morning,with stop in Lviv)

LUTSK (bus departure 29th August morning, departure from Lublin 31st morning,with stop in Lviv)

IVANO-FRANKIVSK (bus departure 29th August morning, departure from Lublin 31st morning,with stop in Lviv)
