Company Information

IMPORTANT FOR EXHIBITORS:

  1. Only two Representatives are allowed per company. They should be Owners or Directors. Employees of the rank of General Managers may be accepted from large companies.
  2. Stall size shall be 4 m x 3 m and include podiums/shelves for display purpose.
  3. All boarding, lodging, traveling expenses shall be borne by the Exhibitors themselves. Please enclose a bank draft / pay order of Rs.50000/= (Nonrefundable) in the name of Engineering Development Board Islamabad as your Provisional participation fee. This is a non-refundable fee in case of selection. In case the company is not selected the same will be refunded.
  4. The cost of delivery of exhibits to the fair ground will be borne by EDB. The cost of return cargo will be Rs 20,000/- per company. Any company intending to ship the cargo back will have to deposit the amount through cheque or pay orderin the name of EDB with the application form. The form for cargo details is attached.
  5. Engineering Development Board does not guarantee but will make all possible efforts for smooth availability of visa. Visa Processing Fee shall be charged separately.

ENCLOSURES

Please provide the following:-

  1. Company brochure / Product Catalog / Company Profile
  2. Photocopies of Passport(s) of the person(s) representing the company
  3. 2 x passport size photographs of each delegate/visitor with names
  4. Copy of NTN certificate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Applications without valid Pay Order / Bank Draft will not be considered.
  2. The application form should be properly filled in and verified.
  3. Incomplete and misleading information may result in disqualification.
  4. Visa recommendation letters will be issued only to Director/CEOs of the companies.
  5. Once an applicant’s selection is confirmed, the participation fee shall not be refunded.
  6. Participants should provide top quality products in appropriate packing for shipment. Maximum weight allowed for shipment is200 kgs.
