Guaranteed Reservations/No Show:All guests are responsible for payment of their own hotel charges by providing a credit card to guarantee the booking. In case of No-Show or late cancellation after 6:00 pm on the arrival day the hotel will charge a no show or cancellation fee of 100% revenue of the first night.

Early departure: Guest who check out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early departure fee to your account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise hotel 72 hrs prior to arrival.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon. Guests arriving before 2.00 pm can leave their luggage with the bellman until a room becomes available. For early arrival, we suggest that roombe reserved one day prior to arrival. A 50% charge of the group rate will apply for late check out up to 4.00 pm, after 4.00 pm the full rate will apply. Late check out is based on room availability.
