Dear Old Paulites and friends,

The 14th AGM of the Association will be held on Sunday the 17th July 2016 at 11.00 pm, followed by the ReunionLunch at 12.30 pm to 4.00 pm, both at the restaurant at 189 Piccadilly, London W1J 9ES (tel 0207 434 1921, Website

The AGM will be in a private area of the restaurant where tea/coffee and biscuits will be available.

The Reunion Lunch will cost £45 per person to include a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. The starters, main course and dessert will be put on each table for self-serving. Please note that all drinks over and above those mentioned above are to be paid for separately. The restaurant at 189 Piccadilly is very close to Piccadilly Underground Station (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines), and virtually next door to Fortnum & Masons.

The AGM and the Lunch are two separate events, and you are not obliged to attend both functions. However members attending the Lunch may take the opportunity to attend the AGM preceding it. The restaurant at 189 Piccadilly was a popular venue with excellent cuisine in convivial surroundings andI would welcome any early indications of your attendance. I attach a form for you to complete and return.

The Annual General Meeting will start at 11.00 am and will end by 12.15 pm. A proposed Agenda is:

* The AGM of the Association shall elect the following; Hon President; Hon Vice-President(s); Hon Secretary; Hon Treasurer; Committee Members. A nomination to serve on the Committee should be accompanied by a proposer and seconder together with the agreement of the nominee. Officers are elected for a two year term, after which they are eligible for re-election.

In accordance with the Rules of the association any member who desires that a particular resolution be put to the Meeting shall give at least eight weeks notice before such a meeting. This should be sent to the Hon Secretary in this instance by Friday 20th May 2016.
