Championship points awarded 1st – 6th place in class 1 -4. Champion and Reserve Champion trophies will be presented by Nigel and Sarah from Eastern Light Photography on 10th March 2016

RULES AND CONDITIONS

1No responsibility can be accepted by the Organisers for anything that may occur to riders, horses, spectators, assistants or their property.

2Emergency vehicular access must be available at all times. DO NOT BLOCK GATES AND DRIVEWAYS.

3First Aiders on site at all times.

4All visiting competitors MUST fill in an entry form at the show or make a postal entry. Any competitor arriving without an assistant MUST inform the Secretary of their home emergency telephone number on arrival. This is a safety precaution in case of an accident.

5All visiting dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

6Visitors’ horses must not enter stable yards.

7KEEP OFF GRASSED AREAS - If muddy, clean hooves, and pick feet before entering Arena.

8All riders MUST wear a standard riding hat PAS015 or any

current approved hat. Correct riding dress should be worn - jackets & riding boots (not muckers, chaps, Ariats, Dubarry). Jodhpur boots and gaiters are acceptable. No spurs under 14 years unless authorised by judge prior to entering the ring. Long hair must be tied up securely - off the collar – for riders safety

9The decision of the judge is final.

10Do not muck out onto the lorry park.

11Please refrain from smoking near horses and food. Thank you.

12For your horse’s safety – Cross, or run up stirrups when dismounted.
