The Minutes of the Planning and Administration Committee Meeting held on 11th June 2008 were confirmed and signed as a true record.
20. / Matters Arising.
Item 15 (c) Monmouthshire County Council – Local Development Plan. Cllr Mrs Y
Havard indicated that she also wished to attend theLocal Development Plan Community
Workshop to be held at 6.30pm on Wednesday 2nd July 2008 at Florence Court, Beaufort
Hotel, Chepstow.

The meeting noted the decisions of Monmouthshire County Council set out in the schedule appended to the minutes.
