Sponsoring a family visa:

Notes : As per the new rule started from January 2016 it is mandatory that all the applications related to sponsoring, payment of fine, deposit for spouse & children have to be done through any immigration authorized typing centers.

Steps to follow:

1ststep :Visit any of the immigration authorized service centers to type the application with relevant documentsall the documents will be scanned and application will be typed. The sponsor as to provide his mobile number and email ID for future communications for approval/rejection/modification messages.

AED 360.00 for visa printing application, AED 210.00 for file opening charges in immigration (To create person unified number). Estimated time (4) days. If the person is inside country with visit visa or tourist visa additional AED 1030.00 as to be paid for application.

Notes:

  • If the sponsor receives a message saying ‘’Application approved’’ the E-visa will be mailed to the registered email ID.
  • If the sponsor receives a message saying ‘’Application requires modification’’ the sponsor as to visit the typing center with the application and as to do the mentioned modification mentioned.
  • If the sponsor receives a message saying ‘’Application Rejected ’’ the sponsor as to do the required re-submission mentioned in the application.
  • For some countries/nationalities the sponsor as to take the application after to immigration to take the pink visa prints from the main Immigration branch jafiliya.
  • Professions which are not eligible to sponsor there wife or children’s are:Labors, Drivers, Messengers, and other UnskilledLaborsetc. are not eligible.

2nd step:

  • If the person is inside country at the time of visa processing change status as to be done by paying extra AED 600.00 from any authorized typing center by providing the old entry permit (such as visit visa) and the new entry permit approval will be sent to the registered email Id once approved or if the person is outside the country while applying for the visa the person as to enter the country with original entry permit within (60) days from the day entry permit is issued. Estimated time (2) days.

3rd step:

  • Once the above steps is completed mentioned in 2nd the applicant as to type the medical by providing the entry permit and two white background photos with original passport. Below mentioned are the list of Medical centers & packages the applicant can avail :

4th step:

  • If the person is applying for the Emirates ID for the first time the applicant will have to proceed to one of the Emirates Id centers to capture biometrics to complete the process.

Notes: Emirates ID typed application is valid for 14days from the day of typing. Residence stamping as to be done within 14 days. If the person as already and existing emirates ID copy of that will be required to type new emirates ID. New applicants will have to proceed for biometrics in the below mentioned centers.

5th step:

  • Once the medical result is received carry the Emirates ID application form, Medical &the documents mentioned (1-12) proceed to immigration authorized typing center for typing application for visa stamping. Once the application is approved the sponsor as to carry the document along with the original passport to the immigration for visa stamping. AED 370.00
