Deposits are being accepted with the return of this application. With the deposit and phone interview and / or “Midknight” visit, and acceptance of you and your family as a qualified home, you will be notified of puppy availability. In the event there is not sufficient quantity, quality, gender, of your specific wishes, you will be refunded the deposit. THE DEPOSIT IS OTHERWISE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Please feel free to ask for reference of us also. We have puppies throughout the United States and will gladly give the name the phone a number for you to interview. (on approval of the puppy owner)

DEPOSIT OF $500.00 IS / IS NOT ENCLOSED. With the deposit, you will receive pictures of the litter per email, and you will be invited to be on the “MidKnight” email list. Deposits will only be cashed if you are accepted as a possible home. We can hold a puppy only if we have your deposit.
