/ Need for additional system task to combine VBS and SPURSView security into one process. This will help merge the two applications into one.

/ Kasey spoke about the Design Team meeting held by Kasey Bickley and Eric Swanson. DOT, DOH, Lottery, DMS and DOC were present at the meeting. All attending were excited about the proposed changes to VBS. DOC stated that they were using the cancel function as intended and would like to have both Cancel and Remove functions on the enhanced screens. MFMP and BAS agreed that new system task item be added to Release 1 to include both cancel and remove. MFMP agreed to mock screen design and text for both functions (Action Item 1). Estimate for Release 1 will be modified for expanded scope (Action Item 2).

3 BAS asked MFMP how much time should be added to Release 1 schedule for Unit Testing, UAT and notice of testing, notice for release date. MFMP needs 1 day for Unit Testing, two weeks notice time for UAT, one day for UAT, two weeks for release notice.

4 MFMP will research record retention needs for VBS and make a recommendation.

5 VBS Assist conversation – Currently David and MFMP may be working on VBS Assist issue at the same time. MFMP would like change the process to that the Vendor Assist help desk would screen emails to determine if emergency response needed and contact MFMP. MFMP will contact David if they need assistance. Action item 3

6 Schedule future meeting on Thursdays at 3:30 pm every two weeks. Next meeting is 7/15/2010. (Action Item 3)
