Dear Exhibitor:

Midwest Medical Transport Company is accepting exhibitor and sponsorship registrations for MedStock 2016 now.

MedStock will be held at the Holthus Convention Center in York, Nebraska located at 3130 Holen Avenue, on October 21 & 22, 2016. Set-up for exhibitors will begin on Thursday, October 20th at 1:00 p.m. Exhibitor hours will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and will run until 5:00 p.m. on Friday and until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Booths must be broke down after the last break on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. We will have a banquet on Friday evening followed by a dance. We would love to have you join us.

Sponsorship Opportunity

Our sponsors will allow us to keep the conference affordable for each EMS professional in the state of Nebraska and surrounding states. We are hoping to have in attendance at least 200 participants this first year, with the expectation that the number will increase over the following years. It is our goal to make our sponsors feel that they are receiving a benefit for the cost they are spending. We sincerely hope you will consider being one of our sponsors, and help us in our effort to improve emergency care through education. There are several levels of sponsorship available.

We hope you will be able to take time out of your busy schedules to join us for this exciting conference. Due to limited space in the exhibit hall, we encourage you to complete the registration form as soon as possible to guarantee a space.

Exhibitor’s Agreement

It is mutually agreed and understood by both parties:

The that Exhibitor shall pay rent in the amount indicated at the time of submission, along with completion of the information on page two of this contract. Payment constitutes final sale and is nonrefundable for cancellation.
That the Exhibitor shall pay all fees no later than September 1, 2016.
That the exhibit area be used solely for the purpose of display and/or sales of the product line or service listed in the company information. Subleasing or booth space sharing is not allowed without prior approval of Midwest Medical Transport Company.
That no portion of the display shall extend into or otherwise encroach upon any other booth space, aisle, walkway or public area, or rise above the exhibit floor more than 15 feet, and that no alterations be made to the exhibit area without the consent of Midwest Medical Transport Company.
That the exhibit area shall be kept in a clean condition.
That the Exhibitor shall hold harmless Midwest Medical Transport Company or any of their agents for any liability, or personal injury to themselves or their agents, and/or loss or damage to personal property or company property during any portion of the conference.
That Midwest Medical Transport Company will open up the facility to begin receiving vehicles by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016.
That the Exhibitor displaying the vehicle shall have the vehicle at the exhibit hall no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016.
That the Exhibitor will be allowed to set up their booth space between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Booth location will be provided by, and at the discretion of Midwest Medical Transport Company.
That the Exhibitor has their booth broke down by 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016.
It is understood and agreed that payment for EACH BOOTH SPACE entitles the exhibitor to:

Wireless Internet
Booth with pipes, drapes, 8’ table with skirts, chairs, and electrical service
Breaks and lunches (max 2 representatives)
Friday night banquet ticket for each Exhibitor (max 2 representatives)

It is understood that payment for EACH VEHICLE SPACE (includes booth) entitles the exhibitor to:

Wireless Internet
Booth with pipes, drapes, 8’ table with skirts, chairs, and electrical service
Breaks and lunches (max 2 representatives)
10’ x 25’ space
Friday night banquet ticket for each Exhibitor (max 2 representatives)
