1. Parents agree to furnish transportation. Students are not eligible for school bus transportation under this request.
2. Transfer is based on availability of space and staff.
3. Students are expected to attend regularly and promptly.
4. The district will commit to a full school year and expect the parent and student to make the same commitment.
5. Request for student transfer must be RENEWED on a yearly basis.
6. Students are expected to abide by all district and campus disciplinary guidelines.
7. A student transfer may be revoked whenever the principal establishes that any or all conditions are not met:
a. Has been truant
b. Fails to maintain satisfactory conduct.
c. Fails to maintain passing grades.
d. Fails to be punctual.
e. Commits an act considered by the principal to be prejudicial to the interest of the school.
8. Student transfer may be revoked for false information.
9. Students in their home attendance zone will always have first priority in campus assignments/scheduling.
I, as Parent/Guardian, understand that this constitutes a transfer request only. I also understand that official approval for the transfer cannot be given only until such time as the Superintendent of Schools so acts on it.
