Dear Friends,
We are happy to inform you that many families from various European countries have expressed their interest to attend the FEPEDA Family meeting in Turku. Registrations have already been received and more are expected to come.
If you have not yet confirmed your participation, please note that the accommodation capacity in Harjattula is limited. So, in order to confirm your place at the family meeting, please send your registration without any delay!
We have done some changes in deadlines regarding the registration:
With the reduced price you can send your registration by 30.4.2011. The final deadline for registration, however, remains the same (10.6.2011).
In this second bulletin we would also like to inform you of the prices if arriving with own caravan or tent. Many of you have asked about this possibility. Attached please find all price information and instructions how to pay.
Regarding the prices please further note that the age of a child is determined by the age at August 2nd 2011.
We are pleased to answer your questions and are also ready to assist you if you need any further tourist information on Finland. We are also happy to help you in finding the most suitable way to travel to Turku.

1.1ACCOMMODATION IN HARJATTULA

-Following meals per day: breakfast (Wednesday-Sunday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday), coffee/snack for the children in the afternoon (Tuesday-Friday), dinner (Tuesday-Saturday)
-Musical event provided by Signmark
-Programme for children and young people at or near Harjattula
-Programme for adults
-Transfer service from Turku airport, harbour, railway station and bus station upon arrival and departure of participants
-Transfer service between Harjattula Manor and Turku Christian Institute on Thursday 4.8 and to/from Naantali on Saturday 5.8.
-Optional sight-seeing on Thursday 4.8.

2.instructions on registration and payment
All families, who want to attend the family meeting must complete the registration form and return it to us. If you wish to avail of a reduced price, the deadline for registration and payment is 30.4.2011.
Final date for registration is 10.6.2011 by which date also the full payment has to be paid on the account of the organizing association.
Please note that your registration is valid only when the participation fee is fully paid. Participation fee can only be accepted in Euros. In Finland only Euros are valid. Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. Payer has to bear any costs of bank transfers. Cheques will NOT be accepted.

INSURANCE
Participants must make their own insurance arrangements for the journey and for the stay in Finland.
