Please find below a provisional agenda and reply form for the next HEXAG meeting, to be held on Tuesday 23 October in Room 602, 6th Floor, Physics building, QMUL. Registration & Coffee will be from 09.30-10.15 am..

The campus is between Mile End station (Central line) and Stepney Green (District & Hammersmith and City lines), on the Mile End Road – 5-6 minutes walk from the stations. For maps etc. see the attached Mile End Campus map.

London has plenty of hotels, but locally the City Hotel, 12 Osborn Street (tel: 0207 247 3313) and the Ibis Hotel at Stratford (one tube stop away – are suggested by our hosts. I have chosen the Ibis.

The meeting will be hosted by Professor John Rose, School of Engineering & Materials Sciences. There will be an opportunity to view research in the Laboratories in the afternoon.

There will be a registration fee of £30.00 incl. VAT, payable on the day, to cover the buffet lunch, tea & coffee and expenses. Postgraduate students/retired members may attend for £10.00 incl. VAT (i.e. at cost). Please make cheques payable to David Reay & Associates. These (or cash) will be collected at the door, and receipts given.
