Minutes of Last Meeting:

The minutes of the meetings held on 24th August were accepted as a true record.

Matters Arising:

Cup Competitions – following a discussion on the results of a recent survey it was agreed that there would only be a T20 competition in 2017, on a divisional basis if numbers allow, and no Plate competition.

Fielding restrictions will be in place for the Final only.

Treasurers Report:

Bank Balance £5,755.42. There are some invoices still to pay, Affiliation Fees have been paid to the SCF.

Season 2016:

Jon sears provided some feedback on the 2016 season. 13 matches were conceded, 26 cancelled, 28 abandoned.

The breakdown will be circulated. Action: J Sears.

Conference Update:

Haywards Heath CC has asked to join the Conference. It was suggested that the Conference becomes Division 6, it is too late to action for 2017 season. Robbie Divall won an OSCA for his work with the Conference.

ALG Update:

Gary Stanley has indicated that he feels the MSCL are disinterested in joining the pyramid, next meeting 3rd October.

Fixture Secretary 2016:

Nothing to report

AGM:

A roaming microphone is needed. Discussion points from 2016 AGM to be investigated. Action: W.Anthony

League Dinner 2016.

Speaker and host still to be confirmed. It will be requested that Harvey’s beer is supplied Action: W. Anthony

Rules Subcommittee:

The Rules Subcommittee will amend the Rule Amendments table for circulation prior to AGM Action: RSC
