Pitt Band Day 2012
Seniors and parents:
I hope that everyone is excited about participating in Pitt Band Day! This is truly a great experience to perform along side the University of Pittsburgh Marching Band. This year, the band, drill team, majorette, and cheerleading seniors will all take part in the event this year.
On the next page is a schedule for the events for Saturday, October 29th. We will need to leave Union MS/HS by 6:30am to get to Heinz Field by 7:30am to begin registration for everyone. If anyone is not going to be riding the bus, please let me know by Friday, October 28th. I will have the tickets on Saturday for everyone.
Seniors, make sure that you have your uniform on before we get to Heinz Field. There is not a place to change once we get down there. Also, the buses may not be parked near the stadium. Please make sure not to leave any valuables on the bus. We will be eating at the stadium, so please bring money for food.
It is going to be a busy day, but it will be well worth it. This is a very rewarding experience.

Schedule for Pitt Band Day 2012
6:30am: Leave Union MS/HS
7:30am: Registration at Heinz Field
There will be sectionals to learn the music, dance
routines, etc.
10:00am: Pregame Concert with the Pitt Band at Gate A Plaza
11:00am: March to Victory – Parade between PNC Park &
Heinz Field
12:00pm: Pitt vs. Temple
Perform on the field at half-time alongside the University of Pittsburgh Marching Band!
