  • Students are not allowed to use the any equipment before or after their scheduled class. CRAG staff members during scheduled classes will supervise all use of equipment.
  • Students are prohibited from chewing gum during classes and having food or drinks on the gym floor.
  • Students are required to wear appropriate attire during classes. Girls can wear leotards without skirting and underwear is required or t-shirts and gym shorts. Boys t-shirt and shorts. In addition no jewelry or nail polish. Students with long hair and or bangs are required to pull hair away from face using barrettes, hair ties or other means to keep both students and coaching staff safe during training.
  • Only students and coaching staff are allowed on the gym floor during classes. Parents and visitors are required to remain in the lobby or approved viewing areas.
  • Gymnasts are expected to follow directions and instructions of all CRAG staff members and observe all club rules and policies while in the facility.
  • Appropriate storage facilities will be provided for student articles such as shoes, bags etc. during classes. CRAG Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Please encourage students to use provided facilities and only bring necessary items onto the gym floor for classes.
  • Automobile parking is limited during peak hours. Please be very careful of students walking through the lot when bringing students to and from classes. Many students walk from the driveway to the building to avoid traffic congestion.
  • We are proud of our programs and encourage family and friends to observe, please allow us to apologize in advance for the limited observation areas. Your children are using extra space in the facility. When observing, we encourage visitor not to talk to or with the students during class time. This is distracting to gymnasts and coaches and potentially dangerous to both. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.
  • Parents or guardians of students are asked to call the club in the event that the student will be late or absent from a class. It is also the parents responibilty to notify the CRAG office staff if your child will be switching classes or discontinuing classes.
  • All gymnasts must wait inside for rides to arrive.
  • Please be considerate of our coaching staff by picking your child up on time. We would prefer having your child picked up early than late.
  • Flash photography is not allowed for the safety of the gymnasts as well as staff.
  • Children must be fever fee for 24 hours before returning to class. Please be considerate of other families as well as our coaching staff.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We hope that you and your children enjoy our program. If we can help improve your gymnastics experience in any way, please feel free to contact me directly.

Sincerely,

Todd Beyer
