Background Information/General:

This is a prequalification program for Contractor(s) to be eligible to bid on Request for Quotes (RFQs) issued by Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) Surplus Services. Those Contractor(s) will be selected by DTMB Surplus Services through a competitive selection process which offers the best overall value for the specific Surplus Services assignment. Contractor(s) awarded RFQ’s will providevehicle hauling and cleaning services within the regional areas they wish to service. The contract term is one year with two additional one year options.

Proposals were evaluated by the DTMB Buyer and reviewed by DTMB Surplus Services:

The Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted on onDecember 15, 2011 for four weeks. The following Bidders submitted proposals by the published due date of January 19, 2012:

Selection Criteria and Evaluation:

The State will evaluate bids according to responses to requirements in Article 1, Prior Experience (4.012) and Staffing (4.013), using a pass/fail methodology.

Evaluation:

It was determined that two of four bidders meet the requirements under Article 1, Prior Experience and Staffing.
