1.Who developed your corporate website?

The current corporate web site was developed internally

2.What is the software that is used for managing the corporate website?Open Text Web Solutions 9 (Commonly referred to as RedDot)

3.Is your corporate website managed internally or externally? Internally

If externally, who do you use to manage your corporate website? If internally, which team is responsible for managing the corporate website?

The Communications teammaintains the content on the site and Corporate ICT is responsible for the development and technical maintenance of the web site.

4.Do you host your corporate website internally or externally? Internally

If externally, do you use a cloud solution or via a 3rd party hosting provider and who are they? N/A

5.Do you have an offline development platform for your website?

If so, how does this work?

No, we do not currently have an offline development platform for the Hackney Homes web site. Staging environments can be set up using our WCMS if needed for future front end development.

6.Does your corporate website offer interactive services where tenants are able to log in?If so, what services are tenants able to use when registered and logged in?

No. However, online payments can be made forservices such as Council Tax, Housing Benefit Overpayment, Housing Rents and Service Charges on the London Borough of Hackney web site. An invoice or reference number is required.

On the Hackney Homes web site we have two applications, one for reporting Repairs and another for reporting Anti-Social Behaviour. Neither of these applications requires a login.

7.Do these services connect to any other applications? (E.g. Housing Application)If so, what is the application name? N/A

8.Who is responsible for backup and recovery of your corporate website?London Borough of Hackney (Hackney Council)

9.Do you have 24/7 support for your corporate website?

Yes.

10.How often is your corporate website backed up?
