Absentee Ballot
The absentee ballot must be received by Maureen Brotherton, Nominating Committee member, by Wednesday, May 10, 2017. It may be delivered via email () or placed in the folder in the file cabinet.
If putting your ballot in the file cabinet, please use the locked drawer with the slot. We ask that you put your ballot in a blank envelope, then put the blank envelope with ballot inside a second envelope and write your name on the outside envelope. This is to ensure that your voting can be counted, but your vote remains private.
Voting members include Home Club members in good standing over the age of 18.
