• Delta Camp have two family units which can accommodate a 4pax sharing (1 double and 2 single beds) and 3 triple rooms which can accommodate 3pax sharing (double and 1 single bed).

Bushman Hut Overnight Experience/Sleep-out

Complimentary on a minimum of 3 night stay, otherwise a surcharge of US$ 150 pppn is applicable.

Children are welcome on the sleep-out, the above surcharge is applicable for children.
Maximum of 6 pax on the Bushman Hut Overnight Experience/Sleep-out.

• Oddballs’ Mokoro Trail – Minimum of 4 night stay, first and last night spent in camp and a minimum of 2 nights out on trail.

Delta Air Transfer Rates

• Transfers from Kasane to Livingstone/Vic Falls are done by Road at US$85pp
• Unscheduled stops may occur enroute
• Single Supplement - add 50% to above rates
• The above rates are subject to change without notice.
• Government departure taxes within Botswana are included.
• VAT inclusive.
• Delta Air will carry total luggage of 20 kg per passenger, including hand luggage.

• All bookings are held as provisional until we receive confirmation in writing.
• Bookings due to travel within 3 months of the booking date, will be held on a provisional basis for 2 weeks. Should we not receive written confirmation within 2 weeks of booking, you will be contacted to either confirm or release the booking.
• Bookings due to travel more than 3 months from booking date will be held on a provisional basis for a month.
• Should we not receive written confirmation within 1 month of booking, you will be contacted to either confirm or release the booking.
• If another booking is received; you will be informed in writing to secure your reservation with a written confirmation within 5 working days. Failure to revert back to us within the 5 working days will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.

• Deception Valley Lodge and Grasslands Bushman Lodge have a family suite and private game vehicle which must be booked.
• Camp Linyanti and Camp Savuti require private vehicles to be booked for all bookings with children under the age of 11 years.
• Oddballs' Camp and Delta Camp offer family units.

• Please note that all transfers quoted are subject to change without prior notice. However, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
