INTRODUCTON
The private-public dialogue will provide a forum where stakeholders can develop strategies to remove barriers to efficient trade.
OBJECTIVES
  • To understand the current trade and transport facilitation practices
  • Identify issues affecting the cost and efficiency of international trade
  • To propose measures to reduce cost and improve the trade and transport efficiency
  • To redefine the proactive roles of various stakeholders in implementing corrective measures for cost-effective trade and transport facilitation in Penang and the northern region
