Friday / Focus Standard:
S3 – Students know and understand the characteristics and structure of living things, the processes of life, and how living htings interact with each other and their environment. / Identify the biotic and abiotic factors in an ecosystem and biome / Students brainstorm a list of all living and nonliving things in the rainforest.
Discuss how living things are biotic factors and nonliving things are abiotic factors of an ecosystem / Use Prezi/Mimio to disclose new info. Pgs. 79-84 in textbook / Hand out Biome project, discuss what is expected and due date.
S. start working on gathering information.
They will be given classtime to complete project.
Will be required to bring laptops and tigo sticks, poster paper, markers, glue, etc.
