I have proven leadership skills involving management, motivating team spirit to achieve their objectives, also possess vigilant analytical outlook towards problem detection and dedicated to maintaining high quality standards at work. My teaching philosophy reflects my interests in collaborative workmanship. Instead of using the "full frontal teaching" method, I prefer student-centered teaching that encourages learning by both students and teachers.
