F2F Dry Run – February 2-4, Washington, DC

Dates/Times:

February 2-4 (Wednesday-Friday)

Working hours in the Lab are:

Wed 2/2: 9AM-5PM (can stay later into the evening if necessary)

Thur 2/3: 9AM – 5PM (can stay later into the evening if necessary)

Friday 2/4: 8:30AM – 12 noon(planned in case time is needed)

Friday 2/4 afternoon – catch flights back home

Security:

Building security requires everyone to provide photo ID, and to be wanded by security staff. All guests must then be escorted. To facilitate this, please convene in the building lobby 30 minutes prior to the start times indicated above. Someone from Enspier will meet you there. So on 2/2 and 2/3, please arrive at the lobby by 8:30AM. On 2/4, please arrive at the lobby by 8AM. Once everyone has been security checked, we’ll escort everyone upstairs – in one shot, rather than as folks arrive.

Equipment:

Unless Rob, Terry, or anyone else instructs otherwise, please bring your own laptops. We’ll use laptops for development and to run applications. Therefore, we will not be using large monitors during the dry run, as we will during the actual conference.

The Lab will provide basic necessities such as power, hubs, and LAN. If you believe additional equipment, or special items are needed. Please let me Dave Silver (Dave Silver () know ASAP, so we can update everyone with as much lead time as possible.

If we have forgotten to mention anything, please let us know.

Please e-mail Andy Moir at OASIS () by Friday, 1/28to confirm your attendance so that GSA & Enspier have a complete list of who will be on-site for the meetings.
