Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your orders have not been delivered by 2 p.m. on that day, please call Sonie Hash at

740-727-1648 or Samantha Comer at 740-356-8030 after 3 p.m.. Notification of any errors must be made within 24 hours.

PICK UP INFORMATION

Pick up is available from 9 a.m. – 12 noon on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center’s Materials Management Warehouse, 1025 Robinson Avenue in Portsmouth. Use the side entrance please.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICK UP ORDER INFORMATION

For local deliveries, please provide the recipient’s name, address and telephone number and your name as the Rotarian taking the order. For pick up orders, please provide the recipient’s name and the name of the person picking up the roses, as well as your name as the Rotarian taking the order.

MAIL ORDER INFORMATION

Roses can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States for $ 31.00/ dozen East of the Mississippi, and $34.00/dozen West of the Mississippi. The roses are guaranteed fresh. A correct address, deliverable by the US Postal Service is imperative. If you had previous mail orders, they will be on the sheet returned to you. Make corrections as needed for reorders. Fill out a new spot only if you are sending to a new customer, or info is missing from last year. Roses will be mailed on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, weather permitting.

GENERAL INFORMATION – I will commit a quantity of 1000 dozen to the rose supplier on February 8, 2016, based on last year’s orders. If you aren’t participating, please advise.

The last day to turn in your orders is Friday, February 19, 2016. The sooner you can turn in your orders, the easier it is. Turn in your order sheet even if you don’t have all the money collected. You may also fax your orders to me at 740-353-3083 or send via email to .

Sell 25 dozen or more. Participation by every Rotarian. Our goal is always 1000 dozen minimum.
