Circular for Parents of Nursery to Class II Students

Dear Parents,

Namaste!

As you are aware that the cultural day celebration of school "Panache 2017" is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 23rd December, 2017. Due to rehearsals, there is a change in school schedule for the participants.

Arrival and departure schedule is mentioned below, parents are requested to arrange pick-up and drop from the bus stops accordingly. Parents who have opted self-transport facility are requested to make necessary arrangements for arrival and departure of their ward's accordingly.

Kindly Note:

1.  There will be holiday for non-participants from 19th December to 23rd December, 2017.

2.  On all the above mentioned days participants will have to bring a small bag, water bottle, tiffin box and Almanac (all should be labelled properly). Wearing ID card is a must.

3.  On 19th, 20th and 21st December participants will come in school uniform.

4.  On 20th / 21st December costumes and props will be handed over to participants (send an extra labelled bag for the same).

5.  On 22nd (Grand rehearsal) and 23rd December (Cultural Eve), parents are requested to dress-up their child in programme costumes. Base make-up is to be applied from home, final touch-up will be done at school. Parents are requested to make children wear proper woolen, preferably front open/jacket with hoodies.

6.  On 23rd December (Cultural Eve) snacks will be provided to participants from school.

7.  Students should not carry any costly jewelry, electronic gadgets.

8.  On the days of stage rehearsal (21st December) and grand rehearsal (22nd December), the buses are scheduled to leave school by 6:00pm. While we will try our best for a timely departure of the buses, it is likely that they may be delayed. Kindly cooperate and arrange for the pick-up and drop from the bus stops.

9.  On 23rd December (Cultural Eve) Nursery to Sr. KG students would be handed over to the parents (Mother) from their respective classrooms and students of class I and II will be handed over from the stage only after the complete programme is over. Kindly bring out pass (will be provided from school) to pick-up your child from classroom/stage. Out pass is mandatory.

10.  From Monday, 25th December, 2017 winter vacation will start and regular school will resume from 2nd January, 2018.
